We're currently working with an ambitious and forward-thinking education organisation to recruit an experienced HR Generalist.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a broad, hands-on HR role but also wants the chance to influence, develop and shape the people agenda.

Importantly, this could be an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to take that next step into their first HR Manager position, as well as an established HR Manager seeking a fresh challenge.

🔹 Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take responsibility for a wide range of HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, policy development, compliance and supporting organisational change.

🔹 We're looking for someone who brings sound HR judgement, strong employee relations experience and the confidence to advise and challenge senior stakeholders.

🔹 You'll be comfortable balancing day-to-day operational HR responsibilities with longer-term improvements to processes, policies and the employee experience.
