The Opportunity

As Our Graduate HR Coordinator, You’ll Support The Day‑to‑day Operations Of Our HR Function Across Head Office — Combining Hands‑on People Interaction With Structured, Detail‑driven Work. You’ll Develop Broad HR Expertise While Building Strong Relationships Across Teams And Gaining Experience In
 

  • HR administration: onboarding, contracts, changes, policy queries
  • Employee experience: engagement activities, events and communications
  • Generalist HR support: regular contact with employees and managers, supporting ER processes
  • HR projects: policy reviews, SharePoint management, compliance activity
  • Training coordination: managing programmes, providers and logistics
  • Payroll support: preparing and validating accurate monthly payroll inputs
     

Payroll and data work will require confidence with numbers and attention to detail — but the heart of this role is HR, problem‑solving and working with people.
