Human Resource Intern

 

Description:

Risidio, a UK-based RD&D company working at the intersection of AI, Web3, and smart contracts, is seeking an AI-first HR Intern to help build a high-trust, high-velocity people function. This internship is designed for individuals eager to gain practical HR experience while learning how to integrate AI into modern human resources processes.

The role is remote, with a preference for candidates in the UK or EMEA region, and offers a flexible commitment suitable for students, dissertation-aligned projects, gap years, or career transitions.


Key Responsibilities:

AI-accelerated HR Operations

  • Use AI tools to draft job descriptions, sourcing lists, and candidate summaries.

  • Manage structured screening workflows using AI-generated templates.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback loops.

  • Generate onboarding materials and maintain HR data in Sheets and Notion.

  • Prepare weekly reports on pipeline health, screening time, and interview throughput.

Talent & Capability Development

  • Assist in mapping role skills and creating AI-researched learning pathways.

  • Support leaders with candidate shortlists and structured notes.

  • Track basic KPIs for hiring and onboarding while identifying potential risks.

Culture & Engagement

  • Coordinate internal communication cadences and weekly rhythms.

  • Conduct short surveys, summarise insights using AI, and highlight human-led actions.

  • Support team events, introductions, and new joiner engagement initiatives.


Candidate Profile:

  • Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

  • Organised and able to follow through in fast-paced settings.

  • Curiosity about AI in HR; basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.

  • Familiarity with Notion or similar tools is a plus.

  • Fairness mindset to check AI outputs for bias and errors.

  • Growth-oriented and eager to learn in an evolving workplace.
