Human Resources Associate

 

Description:

1. Employee Engagement:

● Conduct monthly touch points across all European locations, utilising both in-person and virtual channels.

● Implement and leverage employee recognition programs, such as Konark, to enhance feedback opportunities.

● Establish connections with entry-level and graduate/postgraduate talent through collaboration with B schools and colleges.

● Collaborate with secretarial/local teams to develop an annual engagement calendar, including monthly team meets, town halls, and HR connect days.

 

2. HR Operations:

● Handle day-to-day employee queries promptly and effectively.

● Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records.

● Review and update HR policies and procedures regularly.

● Increase awareness of employee benefits, including salary extras and insurance.

● Manage basic complaint and grievance handling processes.

 

3. Recruitment:

● Coordinate recruitment operations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely closures.

● Conduct HR screening for roles up to T3xx levels.

● Leverage the RAY Policy to streamline recruitment processes.

 

4. Onboarding Experience:

● Deliver and execute a comprehensive 30, 60, 90-day new joiner framework.

● Redesign the Day 1 new joiner experience, especially for remote employees.

● Conduct new joiner orientation and onboarding sessions in the London office.

● Must be proficient in one European language (French, German, or Spanish).

● Willingness and ability to travel from London to European offices.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.

● 5-6 years of experience in HR roles.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proven ability to engage with employees at all levels.

● Familiarity with HR software and systems.

● Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in European countries.

● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

● Travelling will be required to Europe
