Human Resources Manager

 

Description:

In this role, you will be integral in owning and developing the HR function as the business continues to expand. With help from the Senior Management team, you will look at how to implement improvement into the HR strategy from implementation and administration of the policy to the business.

 

Other responsibilities include:

  • To be first point of contact for all HR related queries and providing guidance and support to other managers within the business
  • Overseeing company learning and development processes including maintaining training plans, skills matrices whilst monitoring training delivery and effectiveness
  • To develop, implement and continually improve HR policies and procedures, in line with Company goals as well as modernising employee handbook
  • Ensure the Company remains compliant with relevant legislation and best practice and provide expert guidance to the business in HR matters

 

Experience or Qualifications – HR Manager

  • Proven record of development and implementation of successful HR strategies and processes
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or above
  • A skilled, analytical thinker to critically assess requirements, provide value added ‘best fit’ options & solutions to meet the organisational HR needs
  • Experience of working within a manufacturing or engineering sector desired
