Internal Account Manager

This role is for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Driven by providing our customers with the ultimate experience, delivering best-in-class support for their service contracts. You will have many day-to-day responsibilities including quoting, CRM and order management as well as being the first point of contact for our customers for incoming enquires. You will communicate efficiently with our clients to ensure the team is able to keep the confidence of our clients.

Location: Nottingham.

Commutable Locations: Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire.

The Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
 

  • Responding to customer needs and requirements
  • Quoting for Service based projects
  • Keeping clients up to date with timescales of work in the pipeline
  • CRM management to maintain accurate records of customer contact
  • CRM management to ensure the right team within XMA have visibility of opportunities
  • Managing inbound customer enquiries
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver against customer expectations
  • Developing specific and extensive client product knowledge
