As an Investment Operations Intern, you will be at the forefront of deal execution and investor research, playing a crucial role in driving our lending platform forward. This is a dynamic position that offers hands-on experience in both operational and strategic aspects of finance and real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Deal Execution: Manage the operational process from deal inception to completion, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of finance deals.
- Investor Research: Utilize online tools and platforms to conduct in-depth research on potential investors, contributing to the continuous growth of our lending platform.
- Case Management: Work closely with our team to manage deal execution processes, liaise with stakeholders, and organize information packs and data rooms.
- Business Development: Support the team in marketing deals among lenders, engaging in social media marketing, and providing deal status updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
