IT Field Support Engineer

What you'll do

You'll help modernise and standardise IT network infrastructure across a large number of existing sites, whilst supporting users with their day-to-day IT needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Visiting sites to assess IT setups, plan improvements and deliver upgrades.
• Installing and configuring routers, switches, wireless access points and internet connections.
• Managing smaller infrastructure projects and site refreshes from start to finish.
• Troubleshooting networking, connectivity, hardware and desktop issues.
• Providing remote Microsoft 365, Windows and general IT support.
• Supporting the service desk with escalations, day-to-day queries and holiday cover.
• Documenting changes and ensuring projects are properly completed.
