Senior Highways Engineer to join a well-established, design-led transport and engineering consultancy in London.

The business works across a varied portfolio of projects, including major developments, urban streets, public realm, cycle networks and transport infrastructure.

You'll be joining a collaborative team of engineers, transport planners and modellers, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects, develop client relationships and play an important role in the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

🔧 The Role

- Lead the design and technical delivery of highways and transport infrastructure projects.
- Work on schemes from concept through to detailed design and construction.
- Undertake technical design, calculations and engineering reports.
- Manage project budgets, programmes and resources.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Review designs and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Support business development and the continued growth of the team.

👷 What they're looking for
- A degree in Highways or Civil Engineering.
- Chartered status (ICE / CIHT) or working towards it.
- Strong experience in highways and transport infrastructure design.
- Experience with S278, urban street design and public realm schemes.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- Experience managing projects and supporting junior engineers.
