IT Support Analyst

Location: London

 

The Role:

• Provide BAU 1st line IT support, handling tickets and resolving user issues quickly

• Deliver face-to-face and remote support to internal staff in a fast-paced environment

• Carry out daily system checks and support ongoing operational stability

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues

• Support laptop, mobile, and basic AV/meeting room setups

• Escalate infrastructure issues to specialist teams where required

• Work independently with minimal onboarding – hit the ground running

• Contribute to small improvements and support wider IT initiatives where possible

 

Skills Needed:

• Strong Windows / Microsoft 365 support experience (Intune, Azure AD beneficial)

• Proven experience in 1st/2nd line IT support (BAU-focused)

• Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments

• Good hardware support skills (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices)

• Basic AV / meeting room tech troubleshooting

• Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

• Confident communicator with strong user-facing skills
