IT Support Technician

Description:

We are seeking to appoint a knowledgeable and customer focused professional to join our technology team. The successful candidate will be to work independently and carry out the duties of the post with minimal direct personal supervision and will have high level organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities effectively.

What experience will you need:

• Good understanding in Windows 10 and 11
• Experience using Android and Apple devices
• Experience in configuration settings.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in non-technical terms with staff /students experiencing difficulties operating the systems.
• Previous experience dealing with supporting with technology issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware/software and providing user training would be an advantage.
