The role requires an experienced technology professional with expertise in HR systems, workplace technology, and business applications while also managing technology platforms, supporting system implementations, driving user adoption, and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HRIS and employee-facing technology platforms.
• Support system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to align technology with operational needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth platform delivery and support.
• Drive user training, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain technology roadmaps and supported ongoing business transformation projects.

Requirements

• Experience with HRIS and business systems
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms and workplace technologies
• Experience supporting change management and user adoption
• Strong process improvement and project coordination abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business teams
• Understanding of data and systems integration
