QVC, a global leader in video-driven e-commerce and live shopping, is hiring a Junior Category Merchandiser to join its dynamic Category Merchandising team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytically skilled and detail-oriented professional to help optimize QVC’s product airtime and scheduling strategy for increased customer engagement and revenue growth.

As part of QVC’s award-winning multichannel retail operation, the Junior Category Planning Merchandiser will play a key role in ensuring the right product mix and programming schedule is delivered to maximize sales, productivity, and margins. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, and Merchandising teams while contributing to strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and support regular coordination meetings between Buying and Planning departments

• Help develop and manage the optimal mix of “Today’s Special Value” (TSV) products in line with company sales targets and strategic KPIs

• Implement brand and show planning strategies while considering key performance indicators

• Develop and manage detailed airtime allocation plans across various product categories

• Assist in forecast evaluation and interpretation of performance metrics

• Support TSV rotation planning, show result analysis, and strategic refinement of merchandising roadmaps
