Junior Operations Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a talented Junior Operations Analyst with a focus on derivatives, specifically in F&O, Eurex, and ICE, with knowledge of CME and ICE US as a plus. Experience with equity derivatives or interest rate products is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

• Execute and reconcile trades in futures and options (F&O) markets, with a focus on Eurex and ICE exchanges.
• Monitor trade lifecycle events and ensure timely settlement and clearing of transactions.
• Collaborate with trading desks and counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies and issues.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in the implementation of new trading strategies and product offerings.
• Provide support to senior analysts and participate in cross-functional projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of derivatives markets, particularly in F&O, Eurex, and ICE, with knowledge of CME and ICE US a plus.
• Previous experience working with equity derivatives or interest rate products preferred.
• Proficiency in trade processing systems and industry platforms.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
