Lead Laravel Developer (Projects)

Location: Exeter

An established and fast-growing SaaS company is seeking an experienced Laravel Developer to join its expanding engineering function. This newly created role will play a pivotal part in delivering key projects and leading the development of major new features for a flagship global platform.

As a hands-on technical leader, you will work closely with product leadership to architect, build and deploy high-quality software solutions. You will also play an important role in mentoring developers, promoting best practice, and contributing to a collaborative engineering culture.

Key requirements:

– Proven commercial experience as a full-stack developer (Laravel and React)

– Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL and modern JavaScript frameworks

– Experience with AWS and serverless architectures

– Demonstrated leadership or senior mentorship experience

– Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
