Excellent opportunity for an experienced senior paralegal / CILEx to join a leading law firm in Bristol.

With a phenomenal reputation for their insurance work they are currently seeking to expand their professional negligence team.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload and utilise their in-depth knowledge of professional negligence law and experience of running cases from instruction to trial. Within this role, you will be assessing the prospects of success of claims against a range of professions, such as Solicitors, Valuers, Accountants and Construction professionals of a small and fast track claims value.

To apply for this role you must have strong litigation experience including experience of running Fast-Track value cases. Qualifications such as LLB/LPC/ILEX/GDL or equivalent are preferential, but not essential/ Specific professional negligence experience would be advantageous, as would any supervisory or management skills.
