Description:

We are working with a leading House Developer as they look to recruit multiple Sales & Marketing Directors to grow out their Senior Leadership teams. The roles will have their own regional focus- so we are open to discussing with candidates based anywhere in the Midlands.

You will own the Brand for your region, and lead a high performing Sales & Marketing function- ensuring the team are operating in accordance with the Brand’s wider UK framework.

You will lead everything from Land Acquisition, Customer/ Service & Sales, through to Marketing and Budgeting.

They’re looking for someone with proven experience in managing a large team in a House Developer or wider Residential developer.
