As part of a growing recruitment agency with a strong UK and US presence, this role provides an opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team, drive business development, and play a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement.

• Build, develop, and nurture a strong network of marketing clients and professionals.

• Lead on business development initiatives, negotiations, and strategic client partnerships.

• Mentor and support junior consultants to foster team development.

• Actively contribute to company growth, market expansion, and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven track record in 360 recruitment within an agency environment.

• Experience in marketing recruitment or a related field is advantageous.

• Strong revenue-generation and business development skills.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative mindset.

• Passionate about recruitment with an ambition to become a thought leader in your niche.
