Merchandiser

Description:

CPM UK is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Part-time Merchandisers to join its team, supporting retail operations in Newport, Wales. This flexible opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking to supplement their income by working on average 2.5 hours per week. The role primarily involves placing POS (Point of Sale) materials and in-store media in Asda stores to represent multiple brands.

In this role, you will:

• Sign into the store, introduce yourself to key contacts, and liaise with colleagues to locate POS materials delivered to the store.

• Accurately place POS items in designated areas of the store, which may involve using a stepladder to position media at height.

• Ensure complete coverage of all assigned POS placements, taking photographs as proof of completion and reporting through an online app.

• Complete store visits weekly, between 8pm on Wednesday and 8am on Thursday, with varying hours communicated in advance.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to consistently travel to the designated store(s) every Wednesday evening/Thursday morning.

• Must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone) to complete app-based reporting.

• Comfortable working at height using a stepladder.

• Physically fit to move heavier boxes of POS or stock when needed.

• Strong communication skills and confidence working independently in-store.

• Attention to detail and prior POS or merchandising experience desirable.
