National Account Executive

 

Description:

Orien Trade Group, a leading distributor of Korean & Japanese beauty brands, is seeking a UK National Account Executive to manage and grow key retail accounts. The role supports the Country Manager in driving sales, maintaining product assortments, and delivering impactful retail activations. This position offers exposure to top-tier UK retailers and emerging beauty brands, providing a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand select UK retail accounts

  • Support the Country Manager with product assortment, orders, promotions, and invoicing

  • Implement planograms to enhance brand visibility in-store

  • Analyse promotional performance and track key sales KPIs

  • Launch new products and plan retail activations

  • Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to achieve commercial targets

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in the beauty industry (buying, brand, or marketing) is advantageous

  • Strong Excel skills and ability to handle sales reporting and analysis

  • Commercially minded and results-driven with influence skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally

  • Adaptable, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment

  • Ideally based in or near London with flexibility for meetings and retail visits
