Operational Excellence Coach

 

Description:

QAD Redzone focuses on improving manufacturing productivity and employee engagement by combining software solutions with expert coaching. The Operational Excellence (OpEx) Coach leads major Lean and cultural transformation initiatives in the Food & Beverage, CPG, and General Manufacturing sectors by implementing QAD Redzone software and delivering hands-on coaching to frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coach 5-7 customer accounts simultaneously.

  • Train customers on workflows within QAD Redzone software during multiple 90-day onsite deployments.

  • Facilitate shop floor huddles and leadership meetings to support action cycles.

  • Track performance data and customer productivity improvements throughout deployments.

  • Lead process improvement and Kaizen activities to drive operational results.

  • Provide candid feedback to frontline teams and leadership to encourage positive behavioral change.

  • Conduct remote weekly progress meetings with customers.

  • Identify and celebrate customer success stories and key results.

  • Manage project schedules and timelines.

  • Deliver executive-level program overviews and success assessments.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support customers’ ongoing Redzone journey.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Information:

  • Position is full-time, exempt, remote, requiring up to 80% travel (42 weeks annually, Monday–Thursday).

  • Candidate must be based in the UK or be willing and able to obtain a UK work visa.

  • Must be bilingual in English and Italian.
