We’re looking for an Operations Associate to help streamline and integrate new processes as we rapidly grow and implement new features. This versatile, hands-on role involves daily operations and sales support. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to optimize processes.
• Lead special projects to foster innovation and push boundaries.

• Coordinate drops and events, and manage internal flows.
• Support partnerships, on-ground activations, and marketing initiatives.
• Enhance our brand and communication strategy across platforms and at key events.
• Contribute to our strategic vision, conduct market analyses, and explore growth models.
• Support product development and talent acquisition.
• Enhance organizational systems, processes, and cross-team communication.
