Operations Associate

Description:

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join us on a 3-month internship with option to convert to full time if successful. Start date ASAP + London-based (Battersea).

Responsibilities:

1) Operations and logistics

Understanding the in and outs of a fully vertically integrated start-up. From basics such as fleet management and inventory to automating workflows.

2) Customer service

Understanding our customers and products, and being the first point of contact for customers. Providing the best support throughout customers’ V&Me journey. Knowing what matters to our customers is critical to everything else you do.

3) Data and special projects

Working with data across marketing, finance, operations. Drawing insights to make immediate decisions. Ownership of ad-hoc tasks – typically high-impact and high-complexity ones.

Suitable for recent graduates (0-3 years of experience). You will be working in a small team directly with the founders, and part of scaling a business to £10m+ p.a.
