Operations Coordinator

We need a forward-thinking Operations Coordinator to be a vital member of our small team. This role offers a blend of consistency and creativity. Your tasks will involve designing process materials, streamlining workflows, engaging in effective communication, and actively contributing ideas for enhancements.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager to offer proactive solutions and deliver quality in day-to-day operations and transformational projects. You should be excited to propose and undertake initiatives that align with your passions and help us achieve our operational and business goals.

We are looking for someone motivated to build a career in operations, who will grow and develop in this role. The working arrangements can be flexible for the right candidate. Occasional travel, such as to our production facilities in Leicestershire, may be required, though it is not a primary aspect of the role.

Responsibilities

· Efficiently coordinate daily operations.

· Uphold and enhance operational strategies and quality assurance systems.

· Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

· Manage administrative tasks such as quoting, invoicing, and shipping.
