My client is a leading B&I catering brand and they are currently recruiting for an Operations Director to join their team.
The ideal Operations Director candidate will possess the following:
- A background in contract catering within B&I
- Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of at least £10m+
- Extensive knowledge of both hospitality and retail business
- Strong financial acumen
- Live within London or the home counties
- UK driving license
