Operations Intern

Description:

We're looking for a motivated Operations Intern to work directly with our team and get genuine hands-on experience running an early-stage AI startup.

This isn't a passive internship. You'll be touching real users and real decisions from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Platform Management: onboarding new users, handling escalations, running event-based admin tasks

🔹 User Matching: reviewing and supporting AI-generated founder–engineer matches, keeping pipelines organised

🔹 Outreach & Comms: reaching out to users via WhatsApp, email, and in-platform messaging; following up on profiles, sending event invites, managing admin comms

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a specific background. We care about attitude.

✔ Clear communicator (especially in writing)

✔ Comfortable switching between different tasks in the same day

✔ Proactive, you spot what needs doing and do it
