Operations Manager

Description:

We're looking for someone that possess the ability to work at pace, on a number of varied tasks at any one time. An Operations Manager that can bring ideas on how to assist the growth of a Kayman. There will be other ad hoc duties as the owner runs 2 other businesses, 1 is a technology start up and the other is a start up engineering recruitment business.

We're based within walking distance of South Woodford train station, are growing - and have a fantastic progression and growth plan for all members of staff. The right person will be a vital cog in the Senior Management Team going forwards.

Primary responsibilities in this role include:

• Bullhorn CRM Systems/Process Management and reporting
• Culture, events and incentives management
• Updating procedure/policy around facilities, business activity and HR
• Office Management
• 3 direct reports in the Ops team, and wider support to Consultants
• On boarding team members as we grow
