Poole & Partners Ltd is hiring a Merchant Investment Operations Specialist to join the UK Merchant Acquisition & Incubation team. This role is central to helping sellers onboard, scale, and succeed on TikTok Shop by driving investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement programmes to increase merchant investment, including discounts, shipping subsidies, and TikTok Shop Ads.

• Analyse large datasets to track ROI and advise merchants on optimal investment strategies.

• Manage and optimise merchant investment portfolios.

• Produce reports and frameworks to measure strategy effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and merchants to ensure adoption of investment strategies.

Qualifications:

• 1–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or performance marketing.

• Proven ability to build and execute commercial or operational strategies.

• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus.

• Clear understanding of ROI and spend optimisation.

• Organised, proactive, and resilient in fast-paced environments.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, or other marketplace platforms.
