Specsavers Waterlooville is seeking a passionate and skilled Optometrist to join their well-established team. This busy 7-test-room store is renowned for delivering exceptional customer care and offers a supportive, collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and professional growth.

You will work under the guidance of an experienced Ophthalmic Director with over 30 years’ expertise in optics and retail, ensuring you gain exposure to a diverse range of clinically interesting cases. The store supports professional development through ILM, Pathway, and clinical enhancement courses, as well as opportunities for partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality eye care services to patients.

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide expert clinical judgment.

• Build rapport with patients and team members to enhance customer experience.

• Support clinical and commercial growth of the practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development and specialisms, including WOPEC and enhanced optical services.

Requirements:

• Qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist.

• Passion for clinical development and patient care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work flexibly (full-time or part-time).
