Victoria’s Secret at Next is seeking a Sales Associate to join their Manchester store. This role offers an exciting, engaging, and fast-paced retail environment where the focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Sales Associate will work closely with a friendly and supportive team passionate about the brand and its products, including lingerie, sleepwear, athleisure, swimwear, fragrances, and body care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the perfect product and completing purchases at the till.

• Brand Bra Experience: Provide expert bra fitting advice, helping customers find the right size and style.

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the presentation and merchandising of products to enhance the shopping experience.

• Store Standards: Manage deliveries, maintain stock levels, support loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.
