The ideal candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail and a strong grasp of packaging artwork production, with a passion for translating creative ideas into precise, print-ready files.

Working on leading FMCG brands, you will play an essential role in ensuring that final artwork meets brand standards, technical requirements, and production specifications. This hybrid role offers a dynamic environment, working closely with design, artwork, and retouching teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Creative Artwork Lead to implement cohesive design systems across varied packaging formats.

• Translate master designs into artwork templates, balancing visual appeal with production feasibility.

• Build accurate, high-quality final artwork from approved concepts to press-ready files.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of scalable style guides across high-volume product lines.

• Ensure visuals are technically and aesthetically aligned with brand and production requirements.

• Participate in range reviews and be responsible for version control, accuracy, and consistency.

• Identify and communicate any technical or production challenges that may impact the design rollout.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven studio experience as a packaging artworker or designer, ideally in an FMCG environment.

• Deep expertise in packaging artwork production, with a strong understanding of print processes and prepress requirements.

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including colour separation, spot colour setup, and final file preparation.

• Experience managing extensive SKU ranges and complex product lines.

• Strong attention to detail in all areas—layout, typography, photography, and technical execution.

• Confidence in adapting artwork for various formats while upholding brand consistency.

• Ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
