CareerVive is seeking a People Operations and Recruitment Consultant to work closely with the CEO on people strategy, operations, and recruitment. The role offers a great opportunity to grow within the People Operations space and shape how the company supports its clients' people strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to attract and hire exceptional talent through tailored recruitment strategies.
- Design bespoke and creative interview processes to extract key information from candidates.
- Develop and implement onboarding plans for long-term employee success.
- Design and deliver career development programs to help individuals grow.
- Support clients with people strategies, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and leaders to build meaningful career paths.
- Develop creative ideas to enhance CareerVive’s support for businesses.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their challenges and design bespoke solutions.
- Promote CareerVive’s mission of helping people thrive, which contributes to business success.
About You:
- A background in HR, People Operations, or Talent Development.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- A creative, innovative mindset and ability to develop fresh ideas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A coaching mindset with a passion for helping individuals succeed.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with tools and platforms that enhance recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Experience in process mapping and data analysis.
- Coaching qualifications or certifications (e.g., ICF, CIPD).
