Performance Analysis Intern

Description:

Wolverhampton Wanderers FC is offering a season-long internship within their Professional Development Phase (PDP), supporting academy performance analysts at the club’s Category 1 academy. The placement will run alongside a Master’s degree in Performance Analysis, making this a unique opportunity for those pursuing a career in elite sports analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the analysis processes within the academy’s PDP Phase.

• Work closely with academy performance analysts to enhance player development.

• Assist in data collection, video analysis, and performance reporting.

• Gain hands-on experience in elite football performance analysis.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be eligible for a Master’s degree in Performance Analysis (starting in September 2025).

• Must meet the entry criteria for postgraduate studies in the UK.

• Open to UK, Irish, and EU citizens with settled status (due to placement and course structure).
