Booker, the UK’s leading food and drink wholesaler, is seeking a Picker/Driver to join their delivery team in Cwmbrân. This is a permanent, on-site role with overtime opportunities, designed for candidates who are passionate about customer service and enjoy a hands-on role in logistics and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using handheld terminals, reporting any discrepancies to management.

• Check quality, shelf life, and ensure packaging is robust before delivery.

• Load stock into delivery vehicles and unload at customer premises.

• Provide high standards of customer service, processing deliveries efficiently and responding politely to queries.

• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.

• Support the delivery operation to achieve first-class customer service.

Requirements

• Full driving license.

• Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.
