Print Operator

Description:

Blink is seeking a skilled Large Format Print Operator to join their dynamic and growing print team in Lutterworth. This is a hands-on role within a creative and fast-paced production environment, where you will be responsible for overseeing the entire print process—from preparation to final dispatch—while ensuring exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Agfa Tauro and HP Latex printers with precision and confidence.

• Manage the Zund cutting table and perform accurate finishing tasks.

• Handle jobs from the RIP stage through cutting, packing, and dispatch.

• Assist with artwork adjustments as needed to meet project requirements.

• Apply knowledge of various print processes, substrates, and materials.

• Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and ensure timely job delivery.

• Contribute to production planning using Trello (training provided if necessary).

• Proven experience in large format printing and finishing.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent quality control skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
