Private Client Tax Manager

Description:

Dains is looking to recruit a Private Client Tax Manager to join their highly supportive and conscientious tax team. The role will involve managing a portfolio of clients, with a balanced focus on compliance (50%) and advisory (50%) work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of compliance and tax advice in a consultative, professional, and supportive manner.

The role will also involve:

• Managing the delivery of tax returns to a client base.
• Assisting the Private Client Tax Partners in delivering services to their portfolio of clients.
• Applying technical knowledge to formulate and deliver tax advisory services.
• Identifying opportunities to mitigate tax liabilities and collaborating with Partners to implement these opportunities.
• Staying proactive in identifying legislative changes and understanding their impact on the client base.

About You:

• Qualified as CTA (STEP qualification is desirable but not essential).
• Experience with Trusts and Inheritance Tax (IHT).
• Passionate about delivering the best service and finding solutions.
• An inquisitive and tenacious work ethic with a professional communication style.
