Product Engineer

Description:

They’re now looking for a Product Engineer to sit at the centre of engineering, product, and customer delivery, taking complex RF products from concept through to customer-ready solutions.

The Role

This isn’t a narrow design role.

You’ll own the product at a system level, working across RF, IC, test, software, and manufacturing to ensure products are performant, testable, manufacturable, and ready for real-world use.

You’ll be the technical bridge across teams, ensuring everything aligns from early requirements through to customer validation.

What You’ll Be Doing
 

• Translate customer and market requirements into clear product specs
• Own product performance, use cases, and system-level decisions
• Drive alignment across design, test, and validation activities
• Define and support product validation strategies, lab and OTA
• Work closely with NPI and manufacturing on yield, scalability, and DfM/DfT
• Support datasheets, application notes, and customer-facing materials
• Act as a key technical interface for internal teams and external stakeholders
   

What They’re Looking For
 

• Background in RF / wireless / analog or mixed-signal semiconductor products
• Experience across product lifecycle, validation, or NPI environments
• Strong understanding of RF measurements and performance trade-offs
• Ability to operate at a systems level, not just within a single discipline
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and taking ownership
