Job Summary:

We are seeking a Production Assembly Operative to support our growing global installations. This role will be instrumental in assembling, testing, and preparing Pavegen products for worldwide deployment. As part of a fast-paced, hands-on production team, you will help bring our footstep-powered technology to life in iconic locations, sports arenas, retail spaces, and community projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assembly & Production: Work collaboratively to assemble electromechanical products, cables, and installation kits.
✅ Blueprint & Instruction Compliance: Follow technical drawings to fabricate high-quality Pavegen flooring technology.
✅ Quality Control & Testing: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure compliance with stringent performance standards.
✅ Inventory & Logistics: Assist in warehouse operations, including stock rotation, picking, packing, and reporting missing/damaged goods.
✅ Installation & On-Site Support: Be part of the installation team, ensuring proper deployment and functionality at client locations.
✅ Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to health & safety regulations.
✅ Remote Collaboration: Support off-site engineers with testing, development, and quality control tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferably electromechanical).
✔ Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with short-notice changes.
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔ Good spoken and written English.
✔ Right to work in the UK (international travel may be required for projects).
