Program Manager

Discover International, partnering with a global leader delivering automation solutions for over 30 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager. This role is responsible for leading innovative automated machinery projects with significant portfolios ranging between £20 million and £30 million.

You will oversee all project phases, defining milestones, allocating resources, and coordinating across technical departments to ensure smooth project execution. This includes supervising shipping, commissioning, and installation processes, often requiring on-site management at customer locations.

Maintaining up-to-date project plans, managing continuous improvement activities, and handling changes affecting project scope, schedule, and budget are key aspects of the role. You will use project management tools like MS Project to develop detailed schedules and track progress.

This position demands a seasoned professional with a proven record of managing high-value projects in automation or machinery manufacturing, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities
