Catalent’s Bathgate facility is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and manage the storage, production, packaging, and distribution of clinical trial medicines, ensuring vital therapies reach patients worldwide.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end project planning, ensuring milestones are met while maintaining alignment with client expectations. The role involves managing projects across multiple business lines and sites, serving as the main client contact, and facilitating timely communication. The candidate will lead meetings, drive progress, coordinate billing milestones, mentor junior colleagues, and represent Catalent in client meetings and conferences to support business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project planning and execution across clinical supply chain services.

• Act as the main client contact, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Oversee billing milestones and ensure proper financial coordination with the Finance team.

• Represent Catalent at client meetings, promoting full service offerings and supporting business growth.

• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to cross-site/global initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven project management experience, ideally within pharmaceuticals, biotech, or manufacturing.

• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead multi-site teams.

• Degree in a scientific discipline, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience.
