🏡 WE'RE HIRING – PROPERTY MANAGER | MANCHESTER

We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised Property Manager to join our growing team at The Good Estate Agency (The GEA).

🔑 The role will include:

✅ Day-to-day management of residential properties
✅ Preparing inventories and conducting tenant check-ins and check-outs
✅ Carrying out routine property inspections
✅ Managing maintenance, repairs and contractors
✅ Arranging gas safety, electrical and other statutory compliance certificates
✅ Overseeing tenancy administration, deposits and rent reviews
✅ Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation

What we're looking for:

An experienced Property Manager with excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive approach and a good understanding of residential lettings legislation.

ARLA Propertymark qualifications would be advantageous, and a full UK driving licence is required.
