Description:
The Recruitment Advisor will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding exceptional talent across the firm. Working closely with partners and hiring managers, the role is responsible for delivering a proactive, efficient, and candidate-focused recruitment service that supports the firm's strategic growth plans. The Recruitment Advisor will drive innovative attraction strategies and ensure an excellent candidate experience. This is a key role in representing the firm’s brand, values and ensuring its position as an employer of choice within the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and the Resourcing Manager on all recruitment requirements, support workforce planning, and develop business cases for new roles.
- Proactively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other attraction channels.
- Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews and assessment activities with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement innovative attraction strategies that strengthen the firm's employer brand and support hiring objectives.
- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion by attracting and engaging a broad and diverse talent pool across all vacancies.
- Assist with onboarding activities, providing support to new starters and ensuring a smooth transition into the firm.
