As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be part of a high-performing team that partners with leading global organizations, including Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, Software Development Firms, and cutting-edge startups. You will be trained to manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and engaging with potential candidates to consulting with clients and closing high-value placements. Successful candidates must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to assess talent effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact confidently with potential candidates and assess their fit through effective qualification and questioning.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates using multiple sourcing channels.

• Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

• Meet and exceed individual performance goals and quotas.

• Manage recruitment processes end-to-end in a 360 recruitment model.

• Bachelor’s degree with high academic standing or a solid and consistent work background.

• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and target-oriented.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
