Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Private Equity firms and portfolio companies to understand hiring needs for transformation and change roles

• Conduct proactive sourcing, networking, and candidate outreach via executive search methodology

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: from client acquisition to candidate placement

• Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality search processes across UK and international markets

• Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted recruitment advisor

• Achieve performance targets and KPIs with the support of a warm desk and existing client base

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Recruitment or executive search experience, preferably in Change & Transformation, Strategy, or Private Equity sectors

• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

• Commercially astute with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial approach

• Highly organized and results-oriented

• Confident in managing senior-level talent pipelines and client engagements

• A proactive team player with ambitions for fast-tracked progression
