Our Cardiff team is managed by Adam Walsh, one of g2's top billers, and focuses on recruitment within the European Engineering industry. The team place top-tier talent to support on major Data Centre and Mission-Critical Projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and headhunting top candidates
• Building and managing your own client portfolio
• Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
