The Role

 

  • Lead territory planning with clear goals, budgets and KPIs
  • Grow business within an established customer base while driving proactive new-business opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Develop deep product expertise to provide credible, solutions-driven advice
  • Act as a brand ambassador across the region, increasing visibility and market presence
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally

 

Ideal Profile

 

  • Strong track record in technical/solution-based territory sales
  • Experience selling capital equipment (ideally within processing industries)
  • Relationship-builder with a proactive, structured approach
  • Comfortable working autonomously and under pressure
  • Commercially sharp, financially literate and a confident communicator
  • Engineering background beneficial but not essential
