Research Fellow

Description:

You will be educated to PhD level, with a background in Polymer Synthesis and Macromolecular Chemistry. Experience of working in a collaborative research environment (evidenced through publications) in a relevant field is essential.

Since the post holder will be responsible for coordinating the publication of comprehensive review articles within the network, the candidate is required to publish at least 2 research articles and 1 review article in international journals.

Success in this role will require networking skills with the ability to build effective collaborative relationships and also high level of oral communication skills with experience of presenting clearly in international settings to multidisciplinary audiences.

In delivering this role efficiently and effectively, you will be expected to exercise judgement and to use initiative in being proactive. This will require a strong ability to organise, influence and cater well for a wide variety of work including much that is confidential in nature.
