Description:
The University of Warwick’s Mathematics Institute seeks a Taught Programmes Coordinator to join the student-facing Professional Services Team. The role supports undergraduate and taught master’s students’ education and broader student experience, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate administrative processes for undergraduate and postgraduate taught students.
Support student experience and educational delivery within Warwick Mathematics Institute.
Collaborate with the Professional Services Team, including research support, outreach, finance, and seminar/conference management.
Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism in all administrative tasks.
Maintain high standards of service while contributing to team objectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
Adaptable team player with a professional approach.
Initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
High standards of accuracy and proficiency in relevant IT systems.
Experience in academic administration or student support is highly desirable.
Desirable:
Familiarity with higher education structures and student administration.
Understanding of supporting a diverse and inclusive academic environment.
Contract & Location Details:
Full-time, on-site at the central University Campus in Coventry.
