Description:

The University of Warwick’s Mathematics Institute seeks a Taught Programmes Coordinator to join the student-facing Professional Services Team. The role supports undergraduate and taught master’s students’ education and broader student experience, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative processes for undergraduate and postgraduate taught students.

  • Support student experience and educational delivery within Warwick Mathematics Institute.

  • Collaborate with the Professional Services Team, including research support, outreach, finance, and seminar/conference management.

  • Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism in all administrative tasks.

  • Maintain high standards of service while contributing to team objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Adaptable team player with a professional approach.

  • Initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

  • High standards of accuracy and proficiency in relevant IT systems.

  • Experience in academic administration or student support is highly desirable.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with higher education structures and student administration.

  • Understanding of supporting a diverse and inclusive academic environment.

Contract & Location Details:

  • Full-time, on-site at the central University Campus in Coventry.
