Resource Coordinator

Description:

Five Rivers Analytics, an Akima company, is seeking a Resource Coordinator to support the Satellite Control Network Operations, Remote Site, and Mission Partner Support (STORMS) contract at RAF Oakhanger, UK. This role involves tracking resources and funding for New Boston Space Force Station, requiring constant communication with military and government personnel, along with contract management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations by executing government financial plans.

• Maintain accounting and funds control in coordination with the 21st Space Force Operations Squadron (SOPS/RA).

• Formulate budget recommendations, financial plans, and provide financial reports.

• Maintain project funds and organization cost center data.

• Prepare outgoing funding document requests.

• Handle miscellaneous obligation reimbursement documents and site funding authorizations.

• Coordinate with Financial Management (FM), Accounting Liaison Office (ALO), Functional Organizations, Contracting, and 21 SOPS/RA on funding issues.

• Enter required funding documents in the Automated Business Services System (ABSS) for government review and action.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain Secret security clearance.

• High school diploma with at least five years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated management, training, and customer service skills.

• Excellent time management skills to meet objectives across personal, team, project, and corporate levels.
