Hourglass Cosmetics, a renowned vegan and cruelty-free luxury beauty brand, is seeking a Part-time Retail Artist to join their team at Selfridges W1, London. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a globally recognized beauty company known for its innovative formulas, award-winning products, and commitment to animal welfare.

The Retail Artist will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional client service, and representing the Hourglass brand in one of the most prestigious retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual sales goals while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

• Conduct professional makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.

• Develop and maintain a strong client base with consistent follow-up protocols.

• Manage counter systems including daily sales analysis, product orders, tester replacements, and returns.

• Submit monthly schedules and oversee a 30-hour resident makeup artist.

• Partner with supervisors to plan seasonal strategies and store events.

• Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships across the cosmetic department.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Weekend availability required.

• Existing clientele is a plus.
